Packhafen: printed packaging with configurator, including Arabic
Packhafen is the German partner of a Turkish packaging manufacturer. The Shopware 6 shop presents printed cups, boxes and bags in German, Turkish and Arabic and takes enquiries via a configurator.
The task
Printed packaging has no fixed price: quantity, format, colours and logo determine the offer. The shop had to present the range clearly, capture enquiries in a structured way and address customers in three languages, including right-to-left Arabic.
The implementation
Shopware 6.7 with a custom theme and a configurator plugin: customers choose product, quantity and print and submit the enquiry; the price follows as a quote. Three sales channels (de, /tr, /ar), the Arabic version with right-to-left layout.
Special features
Contract, invoice and shipping run through the German partner, production takes place in Turkey. All three language versions are maintained together.
