a) Visiting the Website
When you visit our website, the browser used on your device automatically sends information to the server of our website. This information is temporarily stored in a so-called log file. The following information is collected without any action on your part and stored until it is automatically deleted:

• IP address of the requesting computer,
• date and time of access,
• name and URL of the retrieved file,
• website from which access was made (referrer URL),
• browser used and, where applicable, the operating system of your computer as well as the name of your access provider.

We process the data listed above for the following purposes:

• ensuring a smooth connection to the website,
• ensuring convenient use of our website,
• evaluating system security and stability, and
• for further administrative purposes.

The legal basis for this data processing is Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. f GDPR. Our legitimate interest follows from the purposes of data collection listed above.

b) Contact by Email or Contact Form
If you have questions of any kind, you can contact us via a form provided on the website or by email. A valid email address is required so that we know who the inquiry comes from and can respond to it. Further details may be provided voluntarily. Data processing for the purpose of contacting us is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. b GDPR on the basis of your inquiry.

c) AI Chat
Our website offers an AI-powered chat assistant that you may use voluntarily. When you use the chat, the messages you enter are transmitted to our service provider Anthropic PBC (USA) and processed there in order to generate the response. We do not store chat histories ourselves; to prevent abuse, your IP address is used briefly in anonymised (hashed) form to limit the frequency of requests. Please do not enter sensitive personal data in the chat. Processing is based on Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in an efficient visitor service); use of the chat is voluntary. 4. Disclosure of Data
Your personal data will not be transferred to third parties for purposes other than those listed below. We only share your personal data with third parties if:

• you have given your express consent (Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. a GDPR),
• disclosure pursuant to Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. f GDPR is necessary for the assertion, exercise, or defense of legal claims and there is no reason to assume that you have an overriding legitimate interest in your data not being disclosed,
• there is a legal obligation to disclose the data (Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. c GDPR), and
• this is legally permissible and necessary for the processing of contractual relationships with you (Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. b GDPR).

5. Cookies and Analytics Tools
We use cookies on our website. Cookies are small files that your browser creates automatically and that are stored on your device when you visit our site. Further information about the cookies we use and how to manage them can be found in our cookie policy. For reach measurement we use Matomo – by default without cookies; a recognition cookie is only set with your consent via our notice banner (see section 6).

6. Web Analytics with Matomo
To measure reach and improve our services, we use the open-source software Matomo. We host Matomo ourselves on our own server at Hetzner Online GmbH in the Helsinki data centre (Finland, EU). The data collected stays with us: it is not passed on to third parties, not merged with other data sets and not sold.

• Cookies only with your consent: by default our Matomo instance works without cookies; no information is stored on or read from your device for analytics purposes. Only if you agree in our notice banner is a Matomo cookie set to recognise returning visits (Section 25(1) TDDDG, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can undo this at any time by deleting this website's data stored in your browser – the banner will then ask again.
• Anonymised IP address: your IP address is truncated before it is stored and can no longer be attributed to you.
• Recorded are only the pages you visited, the time of the visit, the referring page and technical details about your browser and device.
• No profiling: there is no cross-site tracking and no automated decision-making.

The legal basis for the cookieless measurement is Art. 6(1)(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest lies in the anonymous statistical analysis needed to develop our services in line with actual demand.

• to request information about your personal data processed by us in accordance with Art. 15 GDPR;
