Design & Structure
Clear user guidance, well-thought-out architecture, and a design that fits your brand. We think from the visitor’s perspective – so clicks turn into inquiries.
The most beautiful website is of little use if nobody can find what they are looking for. That is why design and structure belong together: one organizes the content, the other makes that organization visible. Only in combination do they create a web presence that provides orientation and is a pleasure to use.
Information architecture: the invisible order
Information architecture refers to the logical arrangement of your content – which topics exist, how they relate to each other, and by which paths they can be reached. Good architecture thinks in terms of your target audience’s questions, not your org chart. We group content so that visitors intuitively take the right path and never feel lost.
Visual design creates hierarchy
Not everything on a page is equally important. Through size, spacing, color, and position, we deliberately guide the eye to what matters most first. This visual hierarchy helps the eye find its bearings without any conscious effort. Generous white space is not wasted real estate but a tool for calm and focus.
What we mean by clarity
- a well-organized navigation with self-explanatory labels
- clear heading hierarchies that make texts scannable
- consistent spacing and alignment across all pages
- a limited, deliberately chosen palette of colors and typefaces
- content in digestible sections instead of walls of text
Why structure pays off commercially
A clearly structured site reduces follow-up questions, takes pressure off your sales team, and helps prospects reach a decision faster. At the same time, a clean structure also makes maintenance easier: new content finds its logical place instead of throwing the whole system into disarray. So you save time not only for your users but for yourself as well.
Our approach
We start with an inventory of your content and goals, develop an outline and a design grid from it, and turn both into consistent templates. The result is a system that grows with you and still looks tidy years later. Where needed, we carefully restructure existing pages without losing content that has grown over time. Throughout, we keep in mind that a structure has to hold up not just today but years from now. You can recognize good organization by how effortlessly new topics fit in.
If you feel your content deserves more clarity, let’s look at the structure together and set priorities in a free initial consultation.
