Everything we use is open source. The platform belongs to you, not to a vendor.
We don’t build our own conferencing technology. We use proven building blocks that public bodies, universities and companies rely on worldwide – and make sure they work together. If you ever want to leave, you take everything with you: recordings, courses, participant data.

Process
From enquiry to first appointment in two weeks
First call
30 minutes by video: who takes part, how many, what should be recorded, which domain? That determines the package.
Setup
We set up room, booking, data room and design. You get your logins and a short walkthrough: open the room, share the screen, start a recording.
Test run
A trial appointment with us as participants, ideally with your team. The setup is only invoiced after your approval.
Operation
Updates, backups and monitoring run on our side. Change requests go by WhatsApp or email, as usual.
Data protection
Your conversations stay in Germany
Conference, TURN and file servers are located in Hetzner data centres in Nuremberg and Falkenstein. There is no US provider in between, no sharing of participant data and no analysis of your conversations.
You receive a data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR and a description of the technical measures for your record of processing activities. Recordings stay in your data room and can be deleted automatically after a fixed period.
Good to know: video consultations billed to German statutory health insurers require a video service provider certified by KBV and the GKV-Spitzenverband – which we are not. The solution is intended for consulting, coaching, self-paying clients, training and team meetings.

FAQ
What clients want to know before they start
Do participants need an account?
No. Participants receive a link and join in the browser or on a smartphone. Only you and your moderators need an account.
How many participants are possible?
Package S up to 25, Package M up to 100 participants with camera. For larger events we combine a live stream for viewers with a conference room for active participants – on request.
Can I keep my existing website?
Yes. The booking form is embedded into your website, whether WordPress, Joomla or another system. The conference room runs separately.
What happens to the recordings?
They land in your data room, where you download or share them. On request they are deleted automatically after a fixed period.
Is there phone dial-in and are there subtitles?
Both are available as add-ons to Packages M and L: a dial-in number for participants without internet, and live subtitles generated on our server in Germany – on request.
Is there a minimum contract term?
A fair one: six months minimum, then cancellable at any time with four weeks’ notice to the end of the month. If you leave, you get a full export on request.
