Accessibility Statement

Reuther Media strives to make its own website accessible to as many people as possible. This statement documents the current state of accessibility.

This accessibility statement (Erklärung zur Barrierefreiheit) applies to the new Reuther Media website, available at new.reuther-media.de (in the future at reuther-media.de). We want as many people as possible to be able to use our content – regardless of physical or technical limitations. We took the relevant accessibility requirements into account when designing and building the website.

Compliance status

The website is partially compliant with the accessibility requirements. Key areas such as navigation, content, and forms are designed to be usable with a keyboard and screen reader. We are continuously working to remove remaining barriers and re-examine the website regularly whenever changes are made.

Known limitations

  • Some older PDF documents have not yet been made accessible. We are replacing them step by step with accessible versions.
  • Third-party content, such as embedded map services, is only partially accessible. We have limited influence on its design; we additionally provide essential information as text.
  • Alternative texts for images are being completed step by step.
