Photorealistic images from your own 3D model: architekten-visualisierung.de combines a Joomla website with a custom portal app where architecture firms upload models, describe their wishes and approve finished renderings.
The task
The process from model to image ran via email and file transfers, with queries and version chaos. What was needed was a portal that guides the order in four steps: upload model, describe wishes, render, download.
The implementation
The marketing site runs on Joomla with YOOtheme; the customer portal is a separate application (Python, Docker) at portal.architekten-visualisierung.de with login, upload, order status and approval. Renderings are produced on GPU machines, hand-over is automatic.
Special features
Website and portal are separated so the app can evolve independently. renderportal.de redirects to the main domain.
