E-Learning Platform for a Training Provider Goes Live

Offering courses online, managing participants, tracking learning progress: we built an e-learning platform for a training provider that meaningfully complements their classroom offerings.
The starting point
A training provider with an established classroom program was hitting its limits: rooms and trainer hours capped participant numbers, travel distances put prospects off, and course materials were sent by email – version five, attachment too large, sender unclear. The goal: their own e-learning platform where courses can take place online, without replacing the proven classroom business.
Our solution
- Learning platform (LMS) with its own branding: course catalog, booking, and learning area under the provider’s brand – no anonymous third-party look.
- Course and participant management: registrations, groups, and access rights are handled centrally instead of in Excel lists.
- Learning content in modern formats: videos, lessons, downloads, and quizzes – structured into modules that can be reused.
- Learning progress and certificates: participants see their progress, and completions are documented automatically.
- Privacy-compliant hosting: operated on servers in Germany, set up cleanly in line with the GDPR.
The result
The provider now sells its courses regardless of location: self-paced courses run entirely online, while classroom trainings are combined with digital materials and follow-up modules. The team no longer has to email materials, and the platform scales – new courses go online in hours instead of weeks. Note: This project is described anonymously; we only publish references naming the client with their approval.
